3. Counselling Sessions

Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel a counselling session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with prior notice.

4. Book Sales

Order Process: When purchasing books from our website, you will be required to provide accurate billing and shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided.

2. Books

Return Policy: Books purchased from our website can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
